ORDERS
1. Orders must be sent to us in the format provided here.
2. Buyers will be notified if any orders are OOS via email or SMS.
3. Orders cannot be cancelled once orders are sent in.

*We strongly suggest cross-referencing between different swatches/blogs before purchase as colors may differ from the actual web. Please note that due to different computer screen settings, the colors observed can vary from the actual product.

PAYMENT
1. The total amount payable will be confirmed via email.
2. Payment must be made via POSB/DBS fund transfer to: POSB Savings 003-40829-9 3. Please retain the receipt/transaction details for confirmation.
*Please do not transfer via I-Banking.

COLLECTION
1. Either via post or meetups.
2. Registered postage is highly recommended.
3. BCO Wonders will not be responsible for any damaged/lost goods via normal mail.
4. Bubble wrapping will be provided. All polishes will be bubble-wrapped before being posted out.
5. Meetups will be to seller's convenience. But we will try to cater you. :)

Exchange & Refunds
1. No exchange or refunds after orders are sent in.
2. Exchange or refunds only for items that are OOS.
3. In any case that any wrong items have been delivered, an exchange for the right one will be done.
